Compact Cable Tie Saddles

Our range of wiring saddles offers great versatility and improved workflow compared to other saddle solutions. The Compact Saddle range comes in 3 sizes 4mm, 8mm and 16mm. The various sizes allow you to get the right saddle for your wire diameter, gripping smaller wires nicely and reducing damage from cable tie pinching.

These saddles are as compact and lightweight as possible without the need to modify or remove unwanted self-adhesive tapes, ultimately saving time. All our saddles are printed on MSLA printers using Loctite IND406. This resin hits a sweet spot for toughness, rigidity and heat resistance with good surface quality.

We recommend using a 2-part structural adhesive like 3M DP490 for installing the saddles. The maximum cable tie size is 4.8mm width and 1.1mm thickness, we recommend Thomas & Betts TY232M and TY242M for most applications.
