Shipping policy

Order processing times:

Our orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. During Christmas order processing can take up to 5 business days. Some items may need to be restocked as a result of a larger order, if this happens we will contact you to discuss the added fulfillment time. In this case you may choose to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Shipping times:

All items are shipped from the UK. We currently only ship to the UK with plans to expand as soon as possible.

 

• Orders shipped within the UK will arrive next day after being processed.

 

Shipping costs:

Currently all orders in the UK are free shipping.

 

In person delivery:

We may decide to drop an order to you directly, this depends on factors like number of orders in the same area. Or if we are already working in the area.
